Mark 10:15 "I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn’t receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.

I honestly watch this video at least every other day. It's a reminder that often times the first step to happiness and peace is speaking it into existence. So don't forget to affirm yourself and others today - dancing like a Disney pirate is optional lol!

Here are some of the benefits of positive thinking (courtesy of MayoClinic.com):

The health benefits of positive thinking:

Researchers continue to explore the effects of positive thinking and optimism on health. Health benefits that positive thinking may provide include:

  • Better psychological and physical well-being
  • Reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease
  • Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress

Some scripture affirmations:

Mark 9:23..........If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.

John 16:33.........In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

Rom 8:18...........consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

1Jn 4:4.............(You) have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he that is in the world.

Phil 1:6............(Be) confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ...

So! Next time you're in the mirror, pull a "Jessica." When you start thinking about the things in life that you like, you'll see that you're life is pretty cool!

  1. This is spot on bro. FYI - This girl will be famous, and I'm looking out for her book. One correction, dancing like a pirate should be mandatory. Dancing on the countertop is optional.
